Hello and welcome to Pilates-ring.net This website aims to provide independent information on products, and information on everything about Pilates. I am a registered physiotherapist practicing out of Sydney Australia, with a keen interest in the Pilates Method
My goal is to provide valuable information to my clients who I often refer to the site, as well as everyone else who is interested in or already had has a keen interest with this method of exercising. I have completed my bachelors degree in physiotherapy, and since then have taken further postgraduate study into the Pilates method.
Pilates has improved my skills a rehab practitioner and many of the exercises have been used for decades in the clinic. I hope you find the site informative, please email me if you have any questions or comments.
